Wedding In Venice Grand Hotel Palazzo Dei Dogi | Federica and Luca

Federica and Luca are a beautiful couple from Milan, who had to get married in Venice in June 2020. Unfortunately due to the covid-19 they were forced to move like many couples the date of their wedding in Venice from June to September. Their wedding was full of fantastic emotions, and this despite the covid, despite the restrictions, despite the masks…Yes, because the masks cover our smiles, but fortunately do not cover all the emotions that our eyes and our looks always transmit…In the end, life always goes on and finds its own way, despite the difficulties…Luca and Federica have chosen as the location for their preparations the Locanda Del Ghetto, in Campo del Ghetto Nuovo. A beautiful and quiet area of Venice. Luca and Federica prepared themselves with the help of close family members, as well as their beautiful baby girl Eleonora. After the dressing of the bride and groom, the water taxi arrived to take Luca to Palazzo Cavalli first, and then Federica, there were all the friends and relatives waiting for them with anticipation, happy to see the bride’s dress, a beautiful dress by Emozioni Sposa 🙂 Federica reached Luca who was waiting for her very nervously, embracing her father. The civil ceremony at Palazzo Cavalli was very intense, with emotional speeches and beautiful words that the couple exchanged, and finally after declaring them husband and wife, Federica and Luca could kiss and hug each other! The emotion in the room was so great for everyone, because this had been a long-awaited moment by the couple but also by their loved ones! After the ritual photos on the balcony of Palazzo Cavalli, where you can admire a unique view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the guests reached the location chosen by the couple for the wedding reception, the beautiful NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo Dei Dogi. With Luca and Federica, we embarked on the cab booked and we touched many wonderful points of Venice for the portrait photographs of the bride and groom, a wonderful Venice this year, with few tourists and therefore more intimate 🙂 Of course we could not miss a stop at the wonderful and unique Basilica S. Maria Della Salute. After the portraits Luca and Federica reached the guests, who were anxiously waiting for the rice throwing in the hotel, since it was not possible to do it in front of Palazzo Cavalli just after the wedding ceremony. A wonderful moment, full of joy and emotions too! both for the bride and groom and for the guests who enjoyed shooting flower petals, paper, confetti and rice! After the reception buffet served at the table, the bride and groom and their guests continued the evening with the beautiful candlelight dinner. The evening ended with the cutting of the bride and groom’s cake, and with Luca dedicating their song to Federica, Oh!
